What Is Circuit Training?

A series of exercises performed with little rest in between to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. Circuit Training is a high intensity workout which combines aerobics such as stepping and anaerobic such as weight training workouts to increase your heart rate. You will burn tons of calories in the least amount of time. Each class runs through different exercises that targets different muscle groups to get a total body workout.
